Guy Coggrave BSc (Hons), MRICS, FAAV

Guy was brought up in North Yorkshire on a mixed livestock and arable farm.
Guy has worked in Yorkshire for several years and is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Guy’s unique combination of practical experience and professional knowledge enables him to provide expert advice in Property Sales and Lettings, Valuations, Rural Matters, Grant Scheme Applications and Environmental Schemes.

David Cooper BSc (Hons), MRICS, MNAEA

David was brought up in the Yorkshire Dales.  He has worked in both the North and South of the country with time spent in the Tyne Valley and Hampshire. David is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

David’s professional experience and local knowledge enables him to give expert advice in Valuations and Surveys, Property Management, Planning, Asset Management and Landlord and Tenant Matters.

Chris Arundel BSc (Hons), MRICS, MNAEA

Chris was brought up in Guisbrough and has over 15 years experience working as a Chartered Surveyor within South Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire. Chris is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Lucinda was brought up in Lincolnshire, where she was actively involved in rural pursuits and studied Agricultural Business Finance before undertaking a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management in Shropshire. Lucinda has worked in Cambridge for several years prior to joining GSC and is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Lucinda’s agricultural and professional knowledge enables her to give expert advice on all Agricultural Landlord and Tenant Issues including: Agricultural Tenancies, Contract Farming Agreements and Shared Farming Arrangements.  Lucinda has extensive experience in Land Sales and Lettings, Valuations, Property Management, Compensation Claims, Single Farm Payments and Rural Grants.
